Market Research Surveys Build Brand Loyalty

Firms build brand loyalty through market research according to a report by Cint, a market insight company. Of those surveyed nearly 62% said they were more likely to buy a particular product from a company if they were asked their opinion in a study. While some studies have shown people getting survey fatigue, Cint says the 1200 consumer polled felt more loyal to those brands who surveyed them.

  2. I have seen companies use surveys as a sales tool. An organization might contact a prospect and ask him/her to fill out a survey or conduct a phone interview. To thank the prospect for the effort, the company extends a special offer. This is a good marketing strategy, as the prospects feels that he/she is getting an exclusive offer for the time invested in filling out the survey. It is basic psychology.
